TRACE-SAFE supply TRACE-SAFE® tracer wire systems engineered for underground utility installation across multiple construction methods. TRACE-SAFE is available in two tensile strength variants: a rugged HDD version (RT) and a light-duty trench version (TST).
TRACE-SAFE® RT180X is manufactured using high-tenacity water-blocking yarn, a 0.9 mm solid copper conductor, and a double protective jacket, ensuring durability, signal integrity, and long service life in demanding underground environments.
RT180X is typically pulled back alongside innerduct within a horizontally directionally drilled bore, providing a reliable tracer solution for long-term asset location.

High Pulling Capacity
RT180X provides approximately 818 kg of pulling capability, significantly higher than the TST (Trench Safe Trace) version, which offers approximately 272 kg.
Designed for HDD Installations
The RT (Rugged Trace) variant is purpose-built for Horizontal Directional Drilling, offering high tensile strength for pull-back operations.
